Rates
I am not a licesenced psychotherapist in Switzerland and therefore my services in Basel are not paid by Swiss Health Insurance.
Pay for Service
Currently, I only see clients who pay out-of-pocket for services. My fees are as follows:
Individual 50 Min Session 125 CHF
Couple 75 Min Session 175 CHF
Support Group 50 CH F 15-20 Min individual Assessment, 25 CHF Each Group Session (Groups of 5)
Offer reduced fee for Post Docs and Students and others upon agreement - typically 75 CHF
In some cases, I am an out of network provider and my fees can be reimbursed if you have Global or American Health Insurance that offers global coverage. Please contact your insurance company to determine if and how you are reimbursed for out of network mental health providers. You will be responsible for paying my fees and submitting a receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Sliding Fee
I ask all client who receive an adjusted rate (less than 125CHF) to review our agreed upon fee every three months or when their financial situation changes.
Payment
Payment for all services are made via Bank Transfer to my Business Account in Switzerland.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your scheduled counseling appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
