A native of the Philadelphia area, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota, USA, and a Nationally Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the US. I earned a Master's of Science in Counseling in 2005 and over the past 18 years, I have worked with adolescents, college students & young adults as well as adults and couples who sought counseling to help them cope with life transitions, and make improvements & desired changes in their life. I have lived abroad for over 18 years and enjoy working with clients from diverse racial, cultural, ethnic and spiritual backgrounds as well as couples who may come together from different backgrounds.

I am licensed through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, MN, US. License #cc00998 and I am a National Certified Mental Health Clinical Counselor though the National Board of Certified Counselors, #632767. I have also been a member of American Counseling Association (ACA) & European Branch of the American Counseling Association (EB-ACA). I have permission from the Basel-Stadt Gesundheitzentrum to provide Psychological Counseling in Basel.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota (LPCC), I hold a 48 credit (185 points) Master's Degrees in Counseling and have 28.5 credits (96 points) additional Graduate Credits in Counseling which made me eligable for licensure in Minnesota. Also, licensure in Minnesota requires 4000 hours of experience working with clients under the guidance of a seasoned licensed professional (supervisor) - meaning 2 years of full time work during which, for every 40 hours of work, 2 hours of supervision was required which provided oversight and guidance over my client case load, self care and continual training. As a licensed professional, I am also responsible to Continuing Education Credits annually (CEUs). Minnesota has one of the America's highest standards for Counseling Professionals.
